Financial security

We understand that travelling is a large “life investment”, and it’s only fair that you want to make sure your hard-earned money is in safe hands. As a world-leading youth travel brand we’re committed to offering the highest level of consumer protection available, so when you book your trip with an approved & accredited (and in some countries also regulated) company like us, you can travel with the peace of mind knowing that your money, and travel dreams, are protected.

Since its founding in 1957, the Australian Travel Industry Association (ATIA) has been a strong advocate for both travel industry members and consumers. ATIA enhances the quality and reliability of the industry by enforcing a nationally recognised accreditation scheme, ensuring travel intermediaries uphold high professional standards. This gives customers confidence in the integrity of their services. Additionally, ATIA resolves disputes efficiently and advocates for safe and reliable travel, aligning with travellers' needs. Through promoting best practices and responsible regulation, ATIA remains a trusted partner in travel planning. Learn more at

The Association of British Travel Agents, ABTA, is a trusted travel brand that offers support and guidance to the travelling public, as well as working with members on health, safety, the promotion of responsible tourism and a high standard of service. Members of ABTA must abide by the ABTA Code of Conduct, which governs various operations, such as accurate advertising, fair terms of trading, changes to bookings and managing customer complaints.

We are a Member of ABTA which means you have the benefit of ABTA’s assistance and Code of Conduct. We provide financial protection for your money when you buy a packaged holiday. Learn more at

Air Travel Organiser’s Licence, ATOL, is a financial protection scheme run by the UK government and operated by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). ATOL covers holidays within a package that includes flights (and some flight-only sales). Travellers that arrange ATOL protected travel plans will receive an ATOL certificate. This certificate covers the traveller if the ATOL protected company fails and the holiday can no longer go forward as planned. If the traveller is yet to travel, the certificate will entitle them to a refund and, if they are abroad, will cover hotel costs and flights home.

Some of the flights and flight-inclusive trips on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme, but ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected. Learn more at
