Important Tips to Remember

Read your policy carefully!

Make a copy of your policy and leave it here with a friend or relative in case of emergency.

Take note of your valuable contents.

•    Take a photo of your luggage and bag before/or on the eve of packing your suitcase.
•    Make sure you have the receipts of your valuable belongings that you are taking (you will need these to claim)

In the event of a claim please make sure that you keep all receipts of incurred costs, for the replacement of essential items you will also need receipts.

If you lose anything obtain a written report from a person of authority when & where the incident happened in order to substantiate a subsequent claim.

If any article of yours is stolen you must report it to the police or an Authority within 24 hours and obtain a written statement to verify such an event.
